Information you choose to provide
The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, a selected loan officer or the team, your topic and an optional message. It also includes your selected language, the page path and a request reference used to match the submission with its acknowledgement. We use this information to respond to the inquiry and direct it to the selected recipient. The form is not a mortgage application and does not subscribe you to marketing messages. Do not include Social Security numbers, bank information, borrower documents or private financial details.
Inquiries and email
Netlify hosts the website and processes requests to its server functions. Resend processes inquiry information to send an email to the configured team or loan officer destination. A delivery acknowledgement means the email service accepted the request; it is not a promise that a person has read or responded to it. The receiving email systems also process the inquiry. Website forms do not place your information in a traditional CRM in this implementation.
How Legends AI works
Legends AI is an automated educational assistant. General questions and a limited recent conversation history are sent through our server to DeepSeek to produce a response. Some team-finding questions are answered from structured public professional information without a model request. The assistant is not a person, cannot approve or underwrite a loan, and cannot send an inquiry on your behalf. It may make mistakes. Use a separate reviewed inquiry form or an individual application link for the next step. Do not enter financial details, contact information or documents into chat. Automated checks try to reject sensitive content, but they cannot identify every possible sensitive detail.
Technical information and browser behavior
Hosting and service providers process technical request information for operation and security. Server protections use request information to limit abuse. Diagnostic events are designed to record service status rather than inquiry text or private conversations. The page keeps form drafts and chat history in browser memory while it is open; this implementation does not intentionally save them as a long-term browser record. Calculations run in your browser. New Google Analytics measurement is disabled in this release.
External destinations and media
Individual mortgage application links lead to the selected professional’s application provider. Information you submit there is governed by that provider’s notices and procedures. Public source links, video players and social links may involve separate providers and their own privacy practices. Review those notices when you use the services.
Retention and privacy requests
Information is retained only as necessary for the stated business purpose, applicable legal obligations, security, dispute resolution or the relevant service provider’s operational requirements. This implementation does not establish one fixed retention period across email recipients and service providers. We do not promise deletion within an unverified number of days. Contact legendsteam@loanfactory.com with questions or requests concerning access, correction or deletion. We will consider the request in light of applicable requirements and the systems involved.
